I believe they let someone I know on with Crocs, but you'll want something that's going to be really secure on your foot. I do the ropes several times every cruise and I wouldn't ever attempt it in crocs. They also may be slippery against the rope/metal platforms.

Agree with the above.

 

While they may allow them, they are terrible for anything requiring sure-footedness since they have no tread. If you must wear them, at least make sure they are the kind with a strap on the back so they stay on.
