1st Time...Questions

Hello, Does anyone have any pictures of a balcony cabin with the 3rd and 4th bunk in use? We are taking kids. Where does the 4th bunk come down at?

Also do you use cash at the casino or room charge for slot machines? What hours is that open normally....just at sea, right.

I read you have to wait your turn to tender. What about coming back on the ship? Can you come back whenever you want? We are visiting HMC, Ocho Rios, GC, and Cozemel. Do you have to tender at all these?

We are on the Westerdam 4/9/06 cruise.

Thanks

Cash is used in the casinos. You give the dealers cash and he/she gives you chips. The slots take cash.

The casino will not be open when you are in port.

On sea days the time the casino opens is in your daily program. Sometimes there are special deals on sea days. I have seen free champagne, lower minimums and sometimes tournaments.

You can come back to the ship whenever you want when you tender. They will tell you what time the last tender leaves.

HMC and GC are always tender ports. Cozumel is usually docking but it is possible to tender depending on the number of ships in port that day.

Not sure about Ocho Rios, but I am sure someone else knows the answer.

Sorry I can't help with the cabin question.

The 4th bunk will probably be located over the sofa - folds up against the wall when not in use.

Ocho Rios - looks like there will only be 2 ships in port that day with the Westerdam arriving before the Mariner of the Seas, so you will dock. Be forewarned. Do NOT walk anywhere by yourselves - if you want to see the island, take a ship's tour. Personally I don't know why HAL bothers going to Jamaica - Montego Bay or Ocho Rios.
