What to do in Nassau if we don't book a shore excursion?

Go to a beach. They're lovely there. I suggest taking a taxi to Paradise Island and going to Cabbage Beach. Fun beach and there are constant taxis coming and going. It's only about a 10 minute ride depending on traffic.

Have you been recently? Has the public access next to RIU been reopened?
