Formal Nights and Lobster Night on Caribbean Princess

Ok - I know this has been asked before, but...

 

On the Western Itinerary/Caribbean Princess when are the 2 formal nights, Monday and Wednesday? I'm trying to figure out when to make reservations for Sabittini's. Do most people skip French night?

 

Also, what night is Lobster night?

Monday and Wednesday is correct. There is no French night on the caribbean Princess. It has replaced by Caribbean night.
