I am looking for the same thing. Would it be too hard to get transportation to San Pedro and back and have time for the catamaran in the middle?

I always say you throw enough money at a problem and it can be solved!

There are flights on the hour out of Belize City to San Pedro.

http://booking.mayaislandair.com/vars/public/m/bookingPages/flights.aspx

I think it is $150.00 pp rt

Look up Catamarans on trip advisor.

Averages around $400.00 half day for four people.

So minimum $1000.00 half day 4 people.

Could be cheaper to take a boat.

Long boat ride though.

Realize now it's not what you are looking for.

You may still find excursions out of San Pedro. Look on trip advisor. However, it is unlikely as there are not enough people to fill a boat like you would a ferry.

Good luck. Anything is possible.

Maybe one of the other port stops.

That is a great question! Funny how people's brain work differently.

I would have never thought of that.

I found a day sail with group that looks reasonable.

Info below. Not sure how you get there but a place to start from. It's called Mexican Rocks Day sail.

The Mexico Rocks Day Sail starts with sailing to Mexico Rocks, that in the end of 2015 became a part of the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, to protect its rich marine life and precious corals. We do our first stop for snorkeling there and then continue to our favorite spot – a 4-5 feet shallow area right by the reef, that is just like a natural pool (great for non-swimmers as well)! Here we make a break to relax in the shallow warm water, while the crew prepares lunch onboard. After lunch we return South doing a second snorkel stop at Tres Cocos.

Last Minute

Shared tours are scheduled upon request and have a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 15 guests. Upon availability the tours can be performed any day of the week, as long as the minimum is fulfilled. We highly recommend to book in advance to maximize the possibility to get your sailing adventure confirmed!

Wanna do it Private?

We specialize on custom-made Private Charters! You will have the catamaran only for you and all the attention on you. Making the tour private opens up to a lot more possibilities. We can do a plain Mexico Rocks Day Sail or we can also change the itinerary and/or add on more activities! If you add on more hours, we can do more snorkeling, explore the Northern shore or also add fishing (groups of maximum 6 people). Live music is another fun option that can be added! Take a look here at different itineraries!
