Tar and feather indeed, my last x sailing was mercury, I am happily ensconsed on Diamond now untill I run out of money. Although the aqua spa was very nice.

I had a group of 16 cabins going on Mercury. Every month they were changing deposits, prepayment of tips, time in ports. After several letters and no response except for "they can make changes" with Celebritys' lack of concern to our disatisfaction. I have taken my group to Princess Diamond where we have been very happy with the service. Celebrity could be better (or nOt) but with the attitude before I even set on the ship I can imagine how they are once you are on it and they have your money
