On Marina Penthouse level 11 will be noise from the Terrace Cafe above?

Just got assigned to room 11079 Penthouse, those who stay in the room under the Terrace Cafe, are there any loud noise you can hear from above, is it bad?

Our favorite room in the world is the (almost) adjoining Oceania Suite 11083.

The short answer is that there may be occasional noises, but a telephone call to the Captain of the Terrace will quiet them down immediately, and usually for the rest of the voyage. We find that asking the Terrace Captain for his card on day one (and telling him that we want it because our Suite is under his restaurant) usually heads off any problems at the pass ;)
