Airport Transfer FLL to Port of Miami

We are flying into FLL for a NCL cruise on the Pearl in January. Can anyone suggest the best way to get to the Port of Miami? Is taxi the easiest? Or book 2 spots on a group van? We don't want to make a lot of stops. One or two okay but we will pay more to avoid stopping at every hotel along the way if that makes sense. Anyone have any great experiences they would like to recommend?

Shared shuttles for about $15 per person: SAS, QLS, MJS, Go Airport and others.

 

Taxi: about $75-80 on the meter

 

Uber: about $45+

 

The ride from FLL to POM takes about an hour; when is your flight scheduled to land and when does check-in end for your cruise? :confused:
