linkerbink Posted July 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2016 (edited) This evening I called Crown & Anchor for help with what I thought would be a complicated situation: My sister, BIL and I were booked on the Anthem next February. I was to be in one of their new solo cabins, and the others in a balcony cabin next door. Now it seems my brother-in-law won't be able to cruise due to medical reasons. We wanted to remove my BIL from the balcony reservation, cancel mine, and add me to my sister's cabin in his place. C&A rep Joseph was great! He made the switches with no problems. My reservation was already paid up, so he just applied all my payments to the other cabin. Easy peasey! I know so many people complain about the phone reps but in all the 16 cruises I have completed with Royal I have always received excellent and courteous service. Lucky? I don't know, just sayin'...
