Dining plan question

My wife and I have the dining plan on our next cruise in December. My children did not get it as it was not part of the promotion at the time i booked. My question is; i can bring my kids to the restaurants and they can order "free" off of the kids menu is that correct?

Yes they can.

 

Kids 3-years old and younger always eat for free. Kids 12 and under eat free from the complimentary kids' menu at all specialty restaurants. Excludes dinner and a show dining events.

Remember also that in the restaurants which are a la carte it could now make more sense than previously for the kids to order from the main menu.

 

If they were just to have one dish then that could be less that the old cover charge.
