Besides all of the additional charges for EVERYTHING, their customer service is rather lacking....and that was at all locations and on the plane. We are kind, patient people so this isn't an instance of us being rude passengers and blaming it on others customer service skills. 'Customer service "lacking" is an understatement. We had a customer service nightmare last year when our delay in Seattle (admittedly their fault) caused us to miss our connection in Denver, resulting in more than a 24 hour layover. Responses of various employees to our requests for help with overnight lodging ranged from agents being sympathetic but having either/neither the knowledge or authority to help us, to being ignored or treated with open disrespect and/or being lied to. I will spare you the whole lengthy story but the result is I will NEVER fly Frontier again for ANY reason unless there are MAJOR changes in how they select and train their personnel.
