Discovery outside cabins

Recommended Posts

I have just booked a 14 night back to back cruise on the Discovery July 17, we will be in an outside cabin for two on either deck 2 or 3.

Do you think it's worth it paying £45 to book a specific cabin,

if so which is the better to be on deck 2 or 3?

In my opinion in your situation yes!. Personally I try to avoid any cabin aft were you might get more engine noise and vibration. I had a single outside on deck 3 which is exactly the same as a double and it was nice and quiet. A lady had a single inside and it was directly under the pianist in the live lounge. He had the annoying habit of stamping his feet so they had to move her. Outsides won't have this problem as they are under the open promenade deck.

I would go for a cabin forward of the central lift/stairs.
