Rental Cars near NYC Port

Anyone rent a car post cruise from NYC port?

 

We're on the Vista TA next month, and after cruise need to get back to Maryland, outside DC. We were planning to take Amtrak back, but after today's events, not sure I'm trusting any rail system. Really don't think we want the hassle of flying, so wanted to get input from anyone that may have rented a car near the NYC cruise port. Thanks.

There are more car crashes every day than train or plane crashes.

You can use Google to see where rental car locations are located.

You can take the bus from the port authority! And it's in walking distance from the port!
