Shuttle or Cab in Miami?

There are just 2 of us flying into Miami. Is it cheaper to do the RCCL shuttle bus or a cab?:confused:

Cab ride is a set amount-something like $21 to the pier plus tip. It is very easy to get a cab and you don't have to wait for the bus to fill up. PLUS if you want to make a grocery stop for soda/water/snacks etc. it is easier to do.

I agree with previous poster. My DH & I flew AA-picked up luggage quickly and were at the pier in about 10+ minutes. Cost was $21. We got there before any of the 'cattle buses' did. Since cabs are so readily available, I would skip the RCCL transfer/bus.

Does anyone know if you can get a cab for 6 people at the Miami airport?

They do have mini van taxi's available that should accomodate 6. The price may be a little more than the fixed $21. rate to the port. I would definitely take a cab over the shuttle/bus, as you must wait for the shuttle to fill up, and with the taxi, you can just grab one and get to the ship ASAP to start your vacation!

Taxi over the shuttle anyday. Much faster.
