So this Sea Day was a little rougher then the one coming out.

While my family was fine, I am guessing others may have been bothered by it cause they had this out and about after dinner time....LOL

I took this video of the pool probably around 5/6 in the evening....really I didn't think felt as rough as this pool looked. LOL

You can really hear the wind in the video as well.

After dinner my kids hit the "wave pool" and watched the outdoor movie! LOL

In the video again you can hear and see the wind....the poor people watching the movie were bundled up in blankets and keep getting a spray of pool water from the wind!

Very windy. I had to hold onto EVERYTHING while I watched them swim or it would blow away....towels, flip flops you name it!

They swam for a good hour before we headed back to the room so they could shower and we could finish packing and putting out our bags.

Great review. Love the take along approach. Thanks for your thoughts and pictures :) I never thought I'd say this about a Carnival ship but the shot you took of it is beautiful.

  • 4 months later...

I had contacted RCL dining prior to boarding to request a table for just the four of us. While some enjoy dining with others this is family time for us so having just the four of us together is our preferred seating.

.

How did you contact RCL dining prior to boarding? We always like to get a table for two and was curious where to contact.

Thanks! :D

We headed right up the Windjammer for lunch before it started to get busy! Afterwards we wandered around the ship exploring until the rooms were ready!

As you can tell it was a little overcast and blah this morning but who cares we are going on a cruise! LOL

You can see the Statue of Liberty from the Port

The line into the port is getting long and busy at this point...

Glad we were early and are already on board! :)

What side of the ship is the Statue of Liberty on?
