Hotel im Galveston TX

Have sailed out of Galveston several times. Our favorite pre-cruise hotels are Quality Inn and Four Points, both on Seawall. We always leave our car in cruise parking (EZ Cruise is one we use a lot), but Quality does allow you to leave in their lot for the week if you prefer.

 

Both of these hotels are not far from good restaurants.

Moody Gardens has single night stays and offers free parking and $30 round trip shuttles. We stayed there but had a rental car and parked with EZ.

More hotels and vacation rentals are being built all the time. Two nights are not the norm . Do your research and be persistent . There may be exception nights like Mardi Gras and spring break and motorcycle weekends . Galveston is a destination with 2 convention centers .
