Bostongalpal16 Posted November 2, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2016 Has anyone stayed in St.Thomas for New Years Eve? If so, any recommendations for events, where to see fireworks, dinner recommendations? I know Foxys on Jost is popular but would prefer to stay in St.Thomas. O2B@Cagain Posted November 3, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2016 If there are fireworks, they will be at the Ritz. Check when you arrive, in case someone ponies up for the $$ for fireworks at other locales. There are no "public" fireworks. Dinner? Most of the fine restaurants will have two seatings with champagne and a prix fixe menu. Just depends what you want to eat... P.S. Virgin Islanders typically partake in kallaloo, a spinach or dasheen-leaf based soup with fish, lobster and maybe pork, for Old Year's.
