Thank you for your prompt response.

Our document says 1 pm, but wondered if they let us on earlier.

I notice several people , like yourself, mura, Stan and Jim always have all the answers.

Sounds like you all have inside information

Am I right?

We did meet Stan and Jim years ago on the the inaugural sailing of the riviera.

We were kindly invited to their fabulous suite for a lavish cocktail party.

The captain and his wife, Denise Eileen, were also there.

You may get lucky & get on earlier but you may also sit in the terminal

We usually go at 1:30-2pm no waiting or lines ;)

No inside info just my experiences

enjoy

We most frequently check in early and have a leisurely lunch until our room is ready. But sometimes we tour the city first and get there later. On our cruises 11:00 am has been the usual check-in time for suites but that hasn't ALWAYS been the case.

I agree that when you get there later, lines are shorter. When we checked in for our Sirena cruise in Barcelona on October 4th we didn't get there until around 2pm and the place was empty. Most often we spend at least two full days in the departure city and so we aren't necessarily needing more touring time but this time we only flew in the day before so we did want to do some touring on the day we boarded.
