During our Carnival Liberty/Carnival Valor ship change process, some guests received a cancellation notice regarding cancelled pre-sale items, i.e., shore excursions, beverage packages, Faster to the Fun, Fun Shop purchases, Carnival Live, etc. Rest assured, our team will reinstate all pre-sale items at the original purchased price. We kindly ask that you refrain from rebooking any pre-sales to avoid double bookings. Thank you for your patience as our team completes this work.

 

I got this email and lo and behold my FTTF was cancelled and I received a refund. So please keep a look out. i am not happy with what is happening right now. I spent a lot of tie looking for the ship I wanted to sail on and also room choices. I hope everything gets squared away soon.

Wednesday my FTTF fee was refunded to my bank account. This afternoon it was taken out again. So, I'm guessing they are working on my booking which is in April, 2017. Good news!:)

As long as that ship gets me away from Florida safely and returns me back safely I am good. :):):)
