Dolphins

I'd like to do a dolphin encounter. They are so expensive to do thru RC. We are going to Nassau and Cozumel. I don't want it to take up to much time either because I'd like to have some beach and shopping time.

 

Suggestions on a good one? Oh being it's my first cruise, I'm of course scared of missing the boat too lol

We did the Dolphin Encounter in Nassau at the Blue Lagoon. It was very good. The beach there is a good place to spend half a day. We went with

the RCI excursion, so we didn't worry about the time. It wasn't too expensive. Just our experience. Plenty of shopping right near the ships.

Thanks! So you signed up for dolphins but then were able to hang on the beach there after? Was wondering if I had to buy both the dolphin and beach excursion.

If you haven't already gone, do the dolphins in Cozumel. You can take a taxi to the park. It's called Chankanub State Park. you can book direct through the site for much cheaper than anywhere else.

Hey! I have a quick question for cruiseapril... We are going on our first cruise on the Norwegian Breakaway in April. We want to do the dolphin encounter and spend an hour or two on Blue Lagoon beach since we have 8 hours at port. Do you have to spend more money to be on the beach after the encounter???
