STAY OFF OF YOUR THIGHS.

 

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

 

Today is a day of feasting in the U.S.

I hope you all have fun and enjoy your time with friends and family.

But don't go in without a plan!

Don't let your feast day turn into a binge. I find it helpful to limit myself with plate size. For example, use a smaller sized plate and allow myself whatever I want, as long as it fits on the plate - and no refills. This works for desserts as well.

Had to steal that one!

 

Only down 2 lb and that was from last Friday - no loss since then. Just have to keep plugging along!

HI all!

 

Mendy ~ cute little poem. My friend in ME sent it to me from her friend in England so it's known worldwide! Wish I was having turkey today but look forward to it a few times next month.;)

 

I was so happy & surprised to see that I lost 3.8 lbs this week so am now just 2/10 lb more than I was before the cruise. I almost overate the other day after DH made a comment about not eating too much food as you'll stretch your stomach!:mad:

 

Happy Thanksgiving!:D We have so much to be thankful for living in North America.

I'm late but would love to jump in. 2 lbs last week. Gained it back on Thursday.

I have 12lbs to go before January 21.
