Tender ? for Divina

We are cruising on the Divina in Feb [oh my that can not come soon enough :) ] and we are scheduled to be in Grand Cayman at 0900. How does the tender process generally work [smoothly, tender tickets, etc] on MSC? We are thinking of doing a private stingray excursion at 1000 and just wondering if that is a little too ambitious. Have been on some other cruise lines that seem to do well in running their tenders, and others, not so much :( We are not in the yacht club - [fantastica for our first try at MSC]. Thanks for any help!
