Rare nw gardener Posted December 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 17, 2016 We are cruising on the Divina in Feb [oh my that can not come soon enough :) ] and we are scheduled to be in Grand Cayman at 0900. How does the tender process generally work [smoothly, tender tickets, etc] on MSC? We are thinking of doing a private stingray excursion at 1000 and just wondering if that is a little too ambitious. Have been on some other cruise lines that seem to do well in running their tenders, and others, not so much :( We are not in the yacht club - [fantastica for our first try at MSC]. Thanks for any help!
lisamarieh Posted December 17, 2016 #2 Share Posted December 17, 2016 Divina uses their own rescue boats to tender passengers back and forth in Grand Cayman. They use quite a few boats so if you are on line early to get off the ship, you should make it. The crossing takes only about 5 minutes.
riclop Posted December 18, 2016 #3 Share Posted December 18, 2016 (edited) If you have a private excursion then you need tender tickets, they usually arrive before 900 am. Edited December 18, 2016 by riclop
Danbee46 Posted December 18, 2016 #4 Share Posted December 18, 2016 I have been to Stingray City. It is one of the best excursions I have experienced. You're going to have a great time.
