On and off bus excursion

Has anyone done this excursion in Miami after a cruise?

 

Time is not an issue because we are staying overnight in Miami after our cruise.

 

I'm just wondering about our luggage though.

 

Would like to see the area and maybe check out the beach. We are staying at the Hilton airport but can't check in til later in the day.

Reports I have seen here is that they store your bags under the bus while you tour - although I guess that means you would not want to hop off? :confused:

 

Even though you cannot check in, the Hilton should be happy to store your bags (tip appropriately ;)) while you tour the city. You can use the Hilton shuttle to get to MIA and then ride the MIA Airport Flyer to South Beach for about $3 each: http://www.miamidade.gov/transit/bus-airport-flyer.asp
