Embark In Galveston

We embark on Conquest on November 13th. I have heard that if you sit on the left side you get on board the ship quicker. Anyone heard this. If so is the left side considered facing the ship? Any information will be helpful

We were sitting on the RIGHT side facing the ship and that side was taken first. Of course we sat there from 11:15 to 2 before this happened!

Right side facing the ship, left side facing the room with your back to the ship. That's the block that got called first when we went last week!

Also, the back row is closest to the entrance to the line. So facing the rows of chairs go to the far left and back row.
