Too late to move reservation to TA? 60 days passed and paid in full

We booked our Celebrity Reflection Cruise last February and we are now 27 days out from sailing.

 

Is it too late to move the reservation to a TA (objective = more OBC) since the 60 days has passed from making the reservation and also because it is paid in full?

 

We got a great OBC from Celebrity but it never hurts to try and get more :-)

My TA Office closed for the day.

 

Called and attempted to transfer to my TA.

For others who are watching this thread, you can transfer to a TA if (and only if) all 3 of the following are met:

 

• less than 60 days from when you made the original reservation
  
• final payment is not due
  
• cruise has not been paid in full

 

if any are not met then you cannot move the booking.
