Changing one name on a reservation after final payment

Could someone remind me of the policy.

 

Is there a fee?

 

Is there a timeframe in which this needs to be done?

 

I know that one original name has to remain on the reservation.

Names can be changed up to 24 hours prior to sailing. I believe there isn't a fee for this from RCI but if booked through a TA they may impose a change fee.
