The 14 year old will go to Circle C and then 16 to Club O2. Unlikely they will be allowed to move groups. But most kids go the first night, make some friends and then hang out on the ship - not so much in the clubs. It's more of a jumping off point.

If she is still running 4 day cruises, especially if it is in fact a "long weekend," expect a fair number to be enjoying the party atmosphere. Only you know your kids and if you are ok with them being around a fair number of intoxicated adults.

There are things like putt-putt, basketball, the gym, ping pong, giant chess, pool that are going on all day. My kids are 13 and 18 and have been on 10+ cruises and have never been bored.
