Things to see/do near cruise pier??

What is there to see or do near the cruise pier, within walking distance? We usually just like to take a casual stroll near the pier or walk to a nearby beach, but have never been to St Croix. Thanks! :):)

At the end of the pier is a small town.....restaurant, shops, vendors set up on the right and left. There is also a small beach on the left that we enjoy - bring a towel to sit on and aquasocks if you want to go in the water. There is a restaurant on the beach so you can grab a drink and lunch while you are there and free wifi.
