All the major car rental companies service Port Canaveral. Just do a google search for car rental near Port Canaveral. Don't necessarily go with the one that's the closest to the port as the distance between them is only a few minutes on their shuttle.

I was just majorly screwed by Budget this month and their customer service number refused to do anything about it (basically a $50 price increase because their "pay it now" system was down and they would not honor the rate despite 7 phone calls before I picked up the car and a call to customer service after I picked it up.) I'll never be using them again.

You will need to take a shuttle to any of them. The shuttles are lined up right outside the terminal, so just go with whichever company you can get the best deal from.
