Hi all ... I've had an email this evening from the Hakodate Goodwill company, unfortunately due to high demand they are unable to offer a guide to tour with

 

So it looks like it will be leisurely self guided tour of the city when we dock or try to sort out a local tour when we dock !

Damon, thanks for trying for the Hakodate tour - we appreciate your efforts -looks like I will just have to start researching in earnest...
