Appreciate your ship tour in photos of the CB's facilities, outlets and other public places. Your thread is a useful reference to those sailing the CB for the first time.

Ditto!!!

Thank you David & Ellen Great Photos.

Thanks for your review and fantastic pictures!

We were in F305-Grand Turk Suite on the Caribbean Princess for 13 nights this past December. It was fantastic! We loved, loved, loved it and all the suite offerings! The location of the suite was great - convenient to everything including the theatre. Breakfast in Sabatini's was the highlight of the day!

Two things I have to mention about the suite were we were surprised/disappointed that the marble counter top that runs under the windows was so stained and marked-up from people spilling things. What are people doing in there?! Plus, the jets did not work in the hot tub in the suite.

I loved seeing pics of "our" suite! :)

We noticed the same thing with the stains on the marble. At first, we thought it had just not been cleaned well on turnover day. We tried to wipe them off, and determined it was probably going to need polishing to get them shiney again.

We never turned on the hot tub, so no idea if it is still broken or not. We have our own hot tub at home and don't use those in rooms we stay in.

We must have had a new cabin steward as the card said Jamie in the room, but DonDon showed up the first day. I have to say, he was the worse we have ever had on a cruise and not sure if this was his first trip or not. Maybe he will improve with time.

Neither dh or I can remember the name of the cabin steward we had in that room. Maybe Danny? Not sure. He was just ok. But, on the first day when we arrived in the suite we were excitedly checking everything out and in one of the closets, there were a pair of used slippers! You could see the footprints in them! We didn't touch them, but called the steward in and he was equally shocked and removed them immediately. I also had to point out to him that over by the tv, on one of the shelves under the tv, and in one of the drawers next to the sofa by the window - they were covered in crumbs. We did not get off to a good start! But, it was one of the best cabins ever! I would book it again in a heartbeat.

I am finally back with my scanner and try to get the menus uploaded.

One thing that has been mentioned in the past, is Princess has standard sets of menu's they use fleet wide. In the menus I have brought back, they have them coded in the bottom right. I noticed this last year on the Coral, where they used the 15-day Caribbean set for that 10-day PC trip. Example, this is the two lunch menus, L1 & L5:

The room steward, gave us the schedule for the week:

We didn't eat lunch in the MDR the two sea days it was open. This is the menu he gave us that should have been the 1st sea day. This is Lunch #1, which does match up with the schedule. We didn't get a menu for disembarkation lunch.

This was lunch #5, which would have the last day, also a sea day:

They did have the Pub Lunch on the last day, in the Crown Grill. We got in the long line 10 minutes before it was open, and filled up by the time they got to us, except a couple of large tables. We decided to just go to the HC and they fried fish, and it was fine.

They did have one Crab Shack on the cruise.

They didn't have Alfredo's Pizza in Sabatini's as they do on some other ships. I asked the head waiter one morning in Sabatini's if they were going to have it later in the week and he said they did not normally do that on the CB, the only time they did it was T/A crossing and maybe a cruise or two in Europe.

The first night, Sunday, we ate in the Crown Grill and I posted details about that meal earlier. We didn't get a menu in our room for that night.

This was Monday night, also Formal night. We didn't eat in the MDR, however this was the menu's we were given.

That is all the menu & MDR food pictures we had.

Second day of the cruise, we had the form to request disembarkation times. We picked early walk off and was assigned in group "D" at 7:40AM. Here is the information that was attached to the tickets:

The last few things I have are the two excursions, and the ultimate ship tour as I can get those together.

Since we had the medical emergency onboard the first night, we ended up going to Costa Maya. There were

not any excursions we were interested in. Once most everyone was off, we departed the ship and

walked around the port. A few pictures of that area where you can spend your time, or what you

will walk through to get on the excursrions buses behind this area.

There was also a big pool with a beach area, right in the middle of this. Lots of people around the pool and at the bars. I assume it might have been an excursion you could book on the ship or maybe it was just a walk-up area.

No pictures of the man made beach, but had many lounge chairs on it.

For those who did not want to walk, there was a free shuttle that went from the ship to the port area as

you can see on the right here:
