Best Punta Sur Excursion?

I found one with "cozumel water sports dot com" and it has good reviews, but I have no experience with them. I want to snorkel. Don't care if it is with buggy or without.

Cozumel water sports is simply a broker. I have used them before without administrative problems but each tour is only as good as the actual operator.

 

I believe if you try and book direct with Papito's it reverts to shore excursioneer and Cozumel Watersports (an affiliate). I have not been to Papito's (still on my to-do list) but I have enjoyed Punta Sur.
