Bringing wine from Ports

We will be doing the Liberty through the Mediteranean this summer. Is it possible to buy wine in port and bring it to the dinning room on ship for dinne? It seems that it would be a great way to combine area wine tasting in the Mediteranean with saving some money on board.

However, if celebrating a special occasion while on board, one bottle of fine wine or champagne may be brought on board only during embarkation at the beginning of the cruise.

 

It appears only during embarkation. However, you can buy wine in the ports and have it checked to pickup at the end of the cruise.
