Internet Social Package Question

Has anyone used the Social package (the cheapest tier in the HUB packages) and used Facebook to video call home? Just curious if we can get away with that package for the week, or if we need to go higher.

I'm pretty sure I remember reading that the lowest tier in the hub packages explicitly excludes video.

I have INDEED used the Social package and called home through Messenger. Video called. We were all excited when it worked last year on the Breeze. And surprised.

Most of us know what it says, and I am not saying it can or will work for everyone, BUT we WERE able to call from Facebook Messenger AND use the video chat feature. Probably 10 plus times.

I think by saying Messenger is able to be used, and without getting into too much explanation by them, it means all of Messenger and the features. No one was able to use iChat or any of the iPhone apps except Messenger.

It did work for me at times. But Facebook messenger should and did work all the time.. posted pictures and kept it touch with home. That all I wanted

Thanks everyone! Decided to go with the Social plan and if we need to we can always upgrade on board!
