Question re: Prepaid service charge promotion

We received the Specialty Dining Package and Prepaid Service Charge "for all categories except Haven and suites" when we booked our mini suite on the Getaway. We recently found out that our upgrade bid for The Haven was accepted.

 

I am guessing that means we will be billed the difference between the usual daily service charge covered by this promo and the daily service charge for The Haven? (We know, of course, to tip the butler and concierge separately.) Thanks!
