Best "Party Beach" Day Location

Group of 21-27 year olds going in next few weeks. Looking for a AI beach day with nice white beach and "clearer" water if possible.

 

Group that likes to drink and have a little more party atmosphere than family.

 

Recommendations?

You might look into YaYas. I believe they have an AI type package, but they are not exclusively an AI beach. Think Mr. Sanchos without the barriers. Pez Quadro could be another. The "party" atmosphere at any malecon beach is going to depend upon the ships in port and the make up of their passengers. You're not going to find much enthusiasm for party at Maya Cahn or Almaplena. Maybe at the overpriced Sr Frogs in port. But if you head to the malecon via the tram, your first stop is Tequila Beach and it's neighbor Corona Beach. I do not believe either has an AI but they attempt to market a party atmosphere. for the rest of us, that comes at a cost--poor service and mediocre food and hassling for loungers by the local hawkers.

When we walked up and down the Malecon - looked like Tropicante / Krazy Lobster had more of a praty vibe - lots of people - loud music, but the beach area is small (the width the of the beach to the water)
