Dublin- Princess dock to Guinness Storehouse

Recommended Posts

You can walk about a mile from the ship to the metro system called the Luas: https://www.luas.ie/ and get somewhat close to Guinness. This is your cheapest option.

We're just hiring a taxi to take us there. We have an appointment time that I don't want to miss. The last time I was there, traffic was heavy around 8-9am. I've been quoted 16-20Euros in morning traffic by the Dublin taxi website. I've seen two other posts from people that it cost 28E and 9E. SO - it's a bit of a quandary as to the actual cost.

Another option is to take your ship's shuttle in to Dublin's Merrion Square, then take a taxi from there (16E for two one way plus a taxi from Merrion Square to Guinness - cost unknown - maybe 7E?). If there are 2 or more of you sharing the taxi from the ship to Guinness, it'd be cheaper in the long run.
