UDP, Platinum Meals and Sushi on Breakaway

Sailing on Breakaway this fall. Husband loves Sushi. We have the dining package-three meals as well as the Platinum dining perk. I have already searched threads but have a couple more questions that I could not find answer to...

We want to do Ocean Blue, the Cirque show and Teppanyaki. I understand that the the UDP can be used for these by paying an extra cover cost-correct?

For the platinum dining package, can these credits also be transferred for Sushi by paying the same uncharge or are you stuck with Cagney's/Le Bistro and the other pair (Moderno/Italian I think)? Thanks!

Yes, the SDP can be used in Ocean Blue and Cirque with an uncharge or Teppenyaki with no upcharge.

 

The platinum meals are not transferrable.

Not sure about switching out the restaurants on platinum perk but I believe I've read that you cannot.
