Embarkation

This might be a silly question but what deck(s) are used for embarkation and is it the same one for leaving for shore excursions?

I'm specifically asking about the Liberty, but happy to know about others too

Embarkation takes place on Deck 3 - Lobby deck. You debark at ports on Deck 0. Final debarkation is again on Deck 3

Usually, if you're coming in from a gangway, you'll embark onto whatever deck has the Atrium Lobby (Deck 3 on Liberty). Debarking depends on the port. If you're arriving somewhere with a prepared cruise terminal (ex. Port Canaveral) you'll debark via the Atrium. But if you're going pierside somewhere like Grand Turk, Nassau, etc., you'll debark from A deck, which is below Deck 1. I think that will also be where you board tenders.
