Zuiderdam S suite Music options

What type of music is available in the S suite staterooms on Zuiderdam right now (prior to SOE upgrade)? Is there a CD player? Can Ipods be hooked into the CD player?

As far as music options the S suites do have a DVD and a CD player. I did not see any jacks for an MP3 player but I did not pull the player out to look on the back side. Enjoy the "S" it is by far the best room we have ever had in 17 cruises.

Does anyone know the model number of the DVD player? We liked it and know that it is a JVC.

Does anyone know if there is a jack in the suites where a Ipod can be connected? I have searched the board and this is the only thread that comes up with the information.

We sailed in an S (7047 on the New Year's cruise). There are not jacks in the current equipment. However, the HM stated that the new systems that will installed during dry dock will have jacks for IPod's... Yes, there is a DVD/CD player.

We were in an SA and we also had our ipods for on deck. We brought a few mixed cds with us and we loved listening to our music while we got ready for dinner or at night. I also loved the jvc system with its mood lighting, very nice. You will love the suite! have fun!
