Booked with them Tuesday. Called to confirm reservation. They said they were unable to get online and I'd definitely need pick-up information etc on line. Are there other places off line too, or is it Sotos? We're leaving for the ship tomorrow so I'm getting nervous.

Were they able to confirm your reservation? I am booked with them for an upcoming trip and have all the information on where to meet them. I can forward the info to you, I would imagine that it is the same. Just let me know and provide an e-mail address and I will send it over.

I booked with Moby dick and now just got a reply for my cancellation mail. No I emailed back to reconsider.

yep they replied and told me they will send confirmation tomorrow. however they admit the moby dick is a longer trip

Called Sotos this morning. Received their confirmation email a little bit ago. They were very apologetic. Here goes a first for us : )
