100 Day Dining Booking for Suites

From everything I've read here suite guests can book dining at 100 days out. My NCL says 100 days, and I'm booked in a suite on POA, but the restaurants still say its too early, and give a date in 10 days. Is there a specific time of day they open? 9am ET or something?

(Its midnight ET now, which is why the timer changed to 100 days)

I know its not super urgent to book this far out, but seems like a simple question and several searches didn't find me an answer.

I think what's happening is MyNCL is including my pre-cruise hotel night. So it says 100 days but really that's tomorrow, so maybe its miscounting by a day. My cruise starts on Nov 18th and today is Aug 9th.

The clock turns at 9pm PT for me so I'll try again tonight.
