It does include the coffee bar. What I am hoping is that the non-alcoholic coffee drinks do not count toward the 15 limit.:p

Only alcoholic drinks count toward your 15! You can have unlimited amount of everything else. [emoji1]

... and just to be clear it is only on the Cheers package. It is not included on the soda package (bottomless bubbles).

All beverages served at the coffee bar are covered - specialty coffees, milkshakes, bottled beverages like powerade, vitamin water, honest tea, and bottled water. It's actually the best place to pick up a bottled beverage to take off the ship or back to your cabin.

Just got off the Vista and it was totally worth the Cheers package! Yes 15 any alcoholic beverage up to $50 not the bottles. Every beverage at the coffee bar and all types of waters to take with you off board on your tours!
