In my experience, “Casino discount included in fare” is the wording on the booking when you’re getting a casino discount.

Casino discounts can expire, depending on your casino experience. If you have a PCC, they can tell you when your “discount window” expires.

We're not big gamblers, and we get the casino discount. We're off this Saturday in a Neptune Suite and the price online was over $2800 for our room, but we got for $799. It would have been cheaper, but we're in Canada so there's the $ difference. The email for this one has free inside cabins, $249 balconies, etc., but we love the Neptune so grabbed it. This particular email flyer had a lot of sailings.

Great deal! We’ve only received those emails a couple of times and you have to act quickly.

How do you contact the casino department at Holland America, as we are ready to book a cruise now. We get casino rates on NCL and Celebrity. Greatly appreciate any comments.  languageman16@aol.com
