I remember last year I seen where you could email the Maitre D on the ship regarding your table for request I did it for the liberty but not sure what it was for the Conquest...

It is requested that guests not email the Maitre D. They are not expected to respond to guest emails.

Hope you get the dinner time you request!

Once you board, you should have your dinner time and table number on your S&S card, and you can go to the MDR to talk to the maître d'if you would like a change.

BTW, I posted the email about the delayed departure time in the thread here. Is it the same as yours?
