Drinks package cancelled???.

I was looking on the MSC cruise planner today and noticed our drinks package was on and then underneath in RED it has drinks package cancelled. As anyone else encounter this now I won't sleep until I can sort this out with the travel agent, roll on tomorrow morning[emoji33][emoji33][emoji33]

Tercar ... It is likely yet another glitch in MSC's hamster wheel run website, we had the same issue when the site showed our upcoming Preziosa whole booking as cancelled.

 

Eventually the minions sorted it out but it no longer shows in booking list of future and taken bookings list.

That's 'cos they're not sure if you're coming or going, Dave - you're probably in-between at the moment as far as they're concerned and they don't know how to compute it!

Bea ... The booking has been on there,then it went off, then it went back on, then it went off, then it went on and it has gone again ! they need a new Hamster for the power wheel methinks ... :')
