Well I just had an extremely constructive and helpful discussion with the Celebrity call centre.

 

I was having some trouble booking a shore excursion for South America Jan 2018.

 

Called them on a Saturday morning from New Zealand, Miami is obviously closed but got straight through to a lovely person called Michelle who is working in Kansas. That's a loooong way from Wellington NZ but within 5 minutes she had me all sorted.

 

I hope X management reads this, it's important to say when things are working well.
