Hi all,

Any chance anyone has contact information for Celebrity management - either High level customer service or upper management? ( Not Capt Club).

I have Ms Lutoff email but was hoping for quicker contact?

I googled the phone number for Ms. Lutoff-Perlo's office. I spoke with an executive assistant who put me it touch with a Team Captain of Celebrity One Touch. She and everyone in her department have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I am not going to ask what the problem is that you need to contact them, but will add that if the problem is website related, they are powerless to fix it. Although they have even gone so far as to arrange calls from IT management and conference calls between them, IT and myself, after 5 months of promises the problem remains unresolved by IT. No one answered for so long I gave up checking :)

 

No, it isn't the website even though it's enough to drive most crazy! Better but no where near resolved.

 

Without details here, the revenue dept were unprofessional and underhanded regarding my potential upgrade.

 

If Celebrity wants a high end product, they cannot intentionally mislead anyone. Elite Plus gives me some experience to know.

 

I have googled some info but hoped to have a direct contact to high end resolution customer service

I don't think we're allowed to post phone numbers, but the one I found on Google had a 305 area code. Good luck with resolving your problem. I found the folks I was put in touch with very helpful and knowledgeable and ready to remedy any situation. Unfortunately they are powerless with website issues since they're at the mercy of the IT department who seem totally inept.
