Egypt: Nile River Cruise vs Private Driving Tour along the Nile

Recommended Posts

I know this is a long shot, but thought I would ask. Has anyone taken a multi-day private tour where they are driven along the Nile rather than taking the River Cruise? I have found that we see more and have more flexibility when we drive (or are driven) along the river rather than be on the river cruise schedule.

Hi, yes of course driving will give you more option to visit may sights as there are too many to visit such as Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshipsut, Valley of the Workers, Valley of the Nobles, Madinet Habu, Karnak and Luxor temples, temple of Hours in Edfu, Temple of Horries and Sobiek in Koum Oumbo, High Dam, Philae Temple and Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan, Abu Simbel temple, Kalabsha temple, St Simon in Aswan and too many other sights. Please feel free to ask about any information you need. Thanks
