How long did it take to get a confirmation from Nachi Cocum?

I made a reservation for Nachi Cocum 2 days ago and all I've gotten was the Paypal receipt, which says nothing but the deposit amount and the vendor. I emailed them yesterday asking about getting an official confirmation and haven't heard back

How long do they normally take to confirm?

Our confirmation (for October 25) was fairly direct.

Let us know if you have an issue.

With all the other cruises being re-routed,

they may be getting sold out.

Others applied and were told they were "sold out".

We received an e-mail confirmation number shortly after paying.

I received confirmation e-mail same day. If you paid through PayPal, there may be a phone number listed on your statement.

I finally got my email confirmation from them this morning after sending them another email. No explanation why there was a delay. I also tried calling them 4 times this morning and the phone was never answered.
